Your California Privacy Rights

Your Rights Under California Law

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete the information we hold about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we already do not sell or share it, but you may confirm your preference at any time).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to Submit a Request

To make any of the requests above — including opting out of any future sale or sharing of your information — contact us using any of the methods below and include:

• Your full name
• The phone number and/or email you used when you contacted us
• The property address you submitted (if any)
• A description of the request (delete my info, send me a copy, opt out, etc.)

We will respond within 45 days as required by California law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may still contact you directly to verify the request.
